ANFIA Aftermarket and MotorK Italy just launched the first edition of the Automotive Digital Manager Master Program.
The Digital Manager is a strategic role that will carry consistent importance in any company’s structure within any field, including the automotive field. We have created this master program in order to train the best sales and marketing managers, who will be prepared to face the digital challenges ahead.
Thanks to Web 2.0 we can develop new innovative digital projects in the automotive supply chain sector. In order to achieve such goals you need to have the right digital skills such as CRM (Customer relationship management), tech knowledge and soft skills as well. During the Master Program you will learn about website analytics, online advertising campaigns and social media strategies. In addition you will also develop knowledge of database management, SEO, e-mail marketing strategy and Mobile business practices.
This initiative is promoted by ANFIA (Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica), AICA (Associazione Italiana Costruttori Autoattrezzature) and ADIRA (Associazione Distributori Indipendenti di Ricambi per Autoveicoli). Classroom discussions will also be held which will include several employees from twelve different companies within the automotive sector.
The Master program is divided into 7 sections with a final exam. At the end you will be awarded the Automotive Digital manager certificate. Considering the success and the importance of the issue, the next Italian edition is planned to start in June 2017.
