You will join the DriveK team, the virtual marketplace that helps consumers select, configure and choose their next vehicle among plenty of offers and brands both for new and used vehicles. DriveK is a lead generation-based business model and it’s present in Italy, Spain, France and Germany.

You are passionate about delivering the very best experience for your product users and believe that design is essential for the success of all business functions. As a core member of the team, you will work on design challenges that greatly impact the day to day lives of our customers, as well as internal tools that enhance the productivity of our marketing, delivery and sales teams.


Responsibilities

  • Take on complex problems and come up with intuitive, functional, and simple design solutions.
  • Think holistically and create a cohesive experience across the entire user journey.
  • Bring a user-centred mentality to every challenge.
  • Work with design systems to maintain design consistency, also contribute to improve and expand it.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and product team to define problems and conceptualise product features.
  • Collaborate with other team members, brainstorming and giving each other constructive feedback.
  • Take a proactive and autonomous approach to how you drive change in the product.
  • Work closely with engineers to assess technical limitations and development timeline and find a solution to ensure high-quality and efficient implementation.
  • Own your product end-to-end as you drive the design vision.
  • Drive together with product team discovery, manage user research processes to understand our users' point of view.
  • Work closely with product team on strategic initiatives
  • Support, execute and explain your design vision to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of UX design experience in building responsive websites
  • Fluency with Figma
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • User centered approach
  • Confident in operating with lean UX methodologies
  • Familiar with A/B testing
  • Confident with sketch wireframing & prototype
  • Experiencing with defining, collecting and working with qualitative and quantitative data with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar
  • Highly proactive and self-organising
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, adapting feedbacks to the designs
  • Firm understanding of design systems
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience delivering product for international markets
