We're looking for a talented PR & Communications Director who will be in charge of leading and growing a team of communications experts across corporate communications and PR in all MotorK markets.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the Strategy and Communications at MotorK to enhance our reputation globally
  • Lead and grow a team of 10+ professionals
  • Drive MotorK’s PR Strategy, including brand, corporate launches campaigns, events, PR activities, journalists and influencers relationships, and social media.
  • Define & execute a storytelling plan for different targets
  • Manage our social media platforms
  • Brand communication plan
  • Deploy and coordinate the activities with MotorK Country Managers (Italy, France, Iberia, Germany)

Requirements

  • Solid know-how and experience in communication and PR
  • Previous working experience as a PR Director in B2B companies (Enterprise Software sector is a plus)
  • Excellent writing, copy and content crafting skills
  • Experience in engaging media and journalist pitches (tech, business and automotive)
  • Outstanding quantitative analysis skills
  • Creative mindset: think out of the box, with ideas on how to position our products
  • Hands-on experience
  • English speaking
  • Manage and influence stakeholders with a sound ability to manage expectations, consult and update interested parties.
  • Knowledge of the automotive distribution industry is a plus
