As Head of Product Marketing you will lead a small but growing team of product marketers and own the charter for how we communicate and take our products and capabilities to market. We’ll look to you to define and deeply understand our customers, users, competitive landscape and addressable market in order to set out a vision and strategy for how we take our products to market. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, sales and others to build compelling stories which translate our capabilities into stories which resonate with the market. You will be responsible for the high-level development of product marketing operations, marketing and launch playbooks which can be deployed across the EMEA region and beyond.

This is a highly visible role reporting to the VP of Marketing but working closely with company leadership and spearheading cross-functional teams. You will have a strong background in SaaS product marketing and a deep understanding of SaaS go to market strategies. You will need to be a strong leader with previous leadership experience who can nurture and build relationships across diverse teams and locations.


  • Go to Market - map and own the overall GTM strategies, tactics and outputs across a wide portfolio of products. Work with Demand Generation to accelerate sales and close more opportunities;
  • Value Proposition - define and refine the language we use at MotorK that accurately reflects our target audience. Use benefits-led approaches to craft messages which motivate and excite our audience to want to do business with us;
  • Product Marketing Collateral - collaborate with teams across the MotorK organisation to define marketing collateral which wows our customers. Be a steward for the development of high quality materials which further the MotorK brand;
  • Team Development - develop a team of product marketers and create an environment for success by fostering a "test and learn" approach and mentorship;
  • Product Launches - Drive product launches and related campaigns and ensure that sales execution is aligned to the product roadmap. Promote product launches with marketing content, regional meetings, training, and feedback sessions;
  • Revenue Enablement - Become a trusted partner to the sales and customer success teams and drive internal enablement programs;
  • Internal Communication - Own our internal communications programs including product updates, presentations, releases, etc
  • Product Development - Consistently work to influence the Product roadmap, providing customer feedback and learnings derived from market evaluation and discovery sessions;
  • Cross Functional - Build relationships across time zones with multiple stakeholders, as well as being a highly organised and reliable team player who can deliver results.


  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in B2B product marketing within complex SaaS offering;
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in building a team;
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns;
  • Cross-functional team management and organisational skills, influence without authority, including senior management;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment with a strong bias to delivering iteratively;
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesise complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans;
  • Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions;
  • A keen eye for detail and creative spark;
  • Willingness to travel across the world.
