Customer Success Specialist - Antwerp - Motork

To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems in using our software products and services, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat and internal tools
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use our products, in accordance to our guidelines
  • Take care of a customer request: from the beginning to the complete resolutions (due date, SLA, changes and deviations, ...)
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in using remote support tools
  • Experience in digital/web environments
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling tough cases
  • Fluent in Dutch and French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Work at the office premises in Antwerp
  • Knowledge of automotive sector is a plus
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML and web standards is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google product suite is a plus
