Responsibilities:
- Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the client
- Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
- Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
- Follow up with developers and product expert teams
- Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)
Requirements
- Strong knowledge in WordPress CMS
- Good communication skills in English and fluent in German
- Notion in SEO: Load content, create titles, SEO tags, and descriptions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus
- Self-motivated, well-organized and proactive
- Experience in interacting with clients
