We're actively looking for a Business Systems Manager that, reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer, will drive improvements in business processes leveraging our internal systems. The role is crucial in identifying, designing and delivering new business initiatives and creating efficiencies through process changes to help and support our European growth.

We are looking for someone with a sound business acumen, a desire to simplify, and a background as a business analyst combined with stakeholder management experience. You will be responsible for the integration of critical business systems tools with key corporate systems to help the business to be more efficient and effective in the daily operation and reporting. You are a goal-oriented leader with a change management mindset, and strong interpersonal skills across teams, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external groups.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to gather the business needs, and to transform them into IT system requirements
  • Develop the strategy for internal IT systems integration activities
  • Perform gap analysis and define requirements to solve complex business problems
  • Manage and own the roadmap of business transformation for the company
  • Deep involvement in relevant business projects, from analysis, scope definition, coordination with internal & external resources and engaging stakeholders
  • Accountable for successful delivery of systems projects
  • Executive and detailed reporting on all relevant systems operations and projects
  • Own relationship with external stakeholders
  • Foster relationships internally with executives and regional teams to drive internal customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners and act as SPOC for all the stakeholders
  • Analyze different approaches and potential solutions to continuously improve and addresses business requirements
  • Manage and build a team to scale improvement

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce) and/or ERP (ideally NetSuite) administration
  • Conversational understanding of sales & standard accounting processes
  • Demonstrable experience in working with partners to deliver a systems roadmap to drive simplicity and scale
  • Demonstrable experience in working with a company that spans multiple regions
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a systems innovation roadmap
  • Experience in reporting to executives and regional teams alike
  • Comfortable influencing peers to build support for transformation work
  • Experience in removing existing complexity from processes and systems
  • Understanding of complex environments, and ability to deal with big amount of information and requirements, and to manage huge workloads
  • Knowledge of software production processes and business systems tools
  • Good prioritisation skills and high flexibility to be able to quickly react and adapt to business requirements changes
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, while managing executive and regional stakeholders
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains a positive attitude
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge combined with a good level of business acumen
  • Good evaluation and feedback skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Good speaking and writing skills, mainly for business and technical documents both in Italian and English
