As part of our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a CRM Product Manager.

This is a great occasion to deep dive in all the activities of a tech fast moving company and to contribute to the definition of strategic decisions while monitoring and reporting the performance of each action.

This position will be based in Milan (IT) but MotorK is also open to a partially remote solution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • You will have an active role in defining and monitoring the product roadmap.
  • You will identify priorities, master the prioritization of squads, defining schedules and release plans.
  • You will structure strategic conversations, drives squad strategy, monitors the roadmap and the priorities, writes leadership emails, communicates clearly in group meetings.
  • You will be in contact with marketing managers and the company’s board, with which you will deepen the business lines.
  • You will interact with the R&D team to define in detail new product features.
  • You will Identify opportunities from new technologies and from industry analysis, writes and gives big presentations.
  • As good negotiator, you will manage all the stakeholders and communicate technical resourcing/needs/strategy.

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent;
  • 1 year+ of experience in CRM as consultant, business analyst or data analyst
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM systems
  • Business acumen: comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market, pricing, and tracking KPIs and financial metrics
  • Good writing skills, especially for specific documents both in Italian and English, and ability to represent processes graphically
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and outstanding organizational skills;
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical cross functional teams to communicate project goals and work collaboratively to achieve the goals set forth;
  • Analytical Skills;
  • Proficient user of Excel;
  • Experience in statistical analysis as a plus;
  • English Proficiency;
  • Tech addicted: always updated on the latest technologies and trends;
