We are actively looking for a talented Head of Product with a very strong market orientation and a proven ability to deeply understand market trends, partners ecosystems and competitive strategies in the digital sector to help and support our European growth.

In particular he will be responsible to refine and build the CRM product, offering over time in order to achieve and maintain product leadership.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as product champion for internal stakeholders to understand needs; document and manage customer requirements and expectations. Stakeholders will include Delivery, Sales and Success Managers, Support Account Management, Global Customer Service.
  • Adopt a data driven approach for all product evolution: articulate the observation, define the assumption and success criteria using a scientific method
  • Collaborate with the Development and Design Team to evaluate technical options against the desired business objectives. In a fully Agile environment, write the appropriate User Stories, review functional specifications to complete the requirements with respect to business objectives and work with appropriate partners to resolve
  • Ensure requirements are understood and prioritized appropriately by the Development team but also the internal stakeholders by handling regular or ad hoc product review sessions.
  • Identify operational requirements throughout the enterprise (i.e., Finance, Customer Support, Marketing, Training, etc.) for the successful deployment of projects to ensure these requirements are met
  • Work with global marketing leaders to build rollout plan, impart product knowledge and produce what will become the basis of sales presentations, collateral, and press releases where appropriate
  • Monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of development projects

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM as Product Manager, Business Analyst or Functional Expert
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (sales & marketing processes, online & digital) would be a plus
  • Experience working with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Hubspot or other CRM systems
  • Strong interest in the Internet world, B2B or B2C products
  • Business acumen: comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market, pricing, and tracking KPIs and financial metrics
  • Good writing and presentation skills
  • Analytical Skills;
