In order to support our clients in their digital transformation, we are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager for our German team!


Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed
  • Support our customers in defining their digital strategy
  • Engage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagements
  • Develop a complete solution, strong and ready to go for customers to support their growth process
  • Coaching and training of Web Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Management processes and tools
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • The main objective = loyalty and retention of our customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account and Consultancy functions
  • Experience in development and management of Web Marketing strategy/campaign
  • Experience in the B2B market (knowledge of Dealer Automotive market is lovable!)
  • Mobility
  • Accuracy, Proactivity, Flexibility
  • Goals oriented
  • High communicative and relationship skills
  • Fluent in German and English
