We are looking for a high energy, creative, team-oriented Head of Global Enterprise Sales to join our rapidly growing Sales team to extend our success. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Global Enterprise Sales will be a senior manager who has a track record of working in B2B software sales, combined with deep knowledge of sales and marketing in the automotive OEM sector, and wants to participate in the digital revolution.

Your profile and experience should include demonstrable success in setting up sales strategies, implementing and improving processes, routines, pitches to continuously develop the team and establishing relationships with leadership level contacts within OEMs and their national sales companies.

The right candidate will be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy sales professional that can think strategically, is comfortable with conceptual & solution selling, and can create momentum within large and complex organisations.

The main responsibilities will be to:

  • Determine and drive the global enterprise sales strategy to build and grow MotorK’s presence and to achieve business targets.
  • Leverage our current enterprise sales team while also expanding and growing the team as part of our sales segmentation strategy. Manage a team of regional enterprise sales managers globally. Foster a successful and positive team environment.
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required. Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the enterprise sales function
  • Manage senior level customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities when needed
  • Play a critical role in business planning, working with other Chief Revenue Officer to develop plans, resource requirements, and influence our long-term business strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with sales leaders, marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and execution. Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations and quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
    • Demonstrated progressive, global enterprise sales leadership and operations experience within the SaaS / software / open source / devops industry
    • Experience leveraging, building and managing enterprise sales teams globally; proven record of recruiting and enabling top talent
    • Experience selling to the automotive industry, willing to “roll up the sleeves’ and sell, and help teams close complex deals when needed
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
    • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as salesforce, market, outreach etc.)
    • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
    • Must be adaptable, professional, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
    • Ability to travel globally as needed
    • Fluent English, spoken and written. Fluency in additional languages is a plus
    • Experience in project and programme management
    • Deep knowledge of automotive retail distribution
