MotorK is seeking Trainers to coach our clients on 2 important activities:

  • Lead Management activities (Digital Automotive)
  • Technical activities related to our product (WebSpark and LeadSpark)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coach our clients, explain the best practices and help them achieve their goals
  • Own an overall relationship with clients focusing on a digital approach and CRM strategies
  • Understand their business process and drive them to adopt the right ones
  • Improve lead generation, lead managing and lead nurturing awareness
  • Take a quantitative approach to understand our customers' KPI and performance
  • Identify client growth opportunities and assist the Dealer Success Manager
  • Improve awareness about our product suite and address them to sell our products at the best

Requirements

  • Consolidated business training experience (Marketing and Commercial Area)
  • Consolidated mastery of teaching techniques, particularly classroom training and one to one coaching
  • Competence in using digital, technical and new media tools
  • Good business acumen and an ability to identify customer needs
  • Passion for the Internet world and the Automotive industry
  • Good attitude towards frequent travel and teamwork

As a plus

  • Automotive sector knowledge
  • Knowledge of web marketing tools and strategies (Google Analytics, AdWords and Facebook)
