What's the role about

We’re looking for passionate and business oriented developers willing to help us raise our bar; code lovers who are experienced enough to know that for any given technical solution the execution is a key factor for success.

We’re constantly striving to be data driven. That means we measure everything that gives us insights we can use to continuously improve. We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we’re using Scrum as an agile framework.

What you will do

  • Leverage industry-leading SEO knowledge to drive Product Strategy
  • Drive new strategy and incremental SEO services offerings in our products
  • Own SEO initiatives and determine annual/quarterly roadmaps and OKRs
  • Leverage cutting edge SEO ideology for continuous platform evolution such as: Structured data platform implementation (schema.org), Site speed, On-page SEO element capabilities, Sitemap handling, AMP, SEO Research Tool, Determine how to measure platform SEO success in terms of KPIs, Listings strategy
  • Manage SEO customer accounts as needed, including setting strategy, conducting audits, conducting keyword research, setting regular client meetings, providing ongoing SEO recommendations, and assist clients with implementation.
  • Conduct competitive research on clients' competitors with regards to SEO.
  • Keep current with SEO industry trends and provide authoritative knowledge and advice to clients.
  • Strong Client facing individual for discussions regarding platform capabilities and limitations
  • Provide mentorship and training for customers as needed.


Requirements

What you should have to fit the role

  • 5+ years SEO experience - Expert level experience working directly with SEO campaign management is required
  • Experience in Product Management
  • Analytics expertise
  • Strong customer relationship skills. You're comfortable speaking and presenting to clients whether on a call or face-to-face.
  • You are a strategic thinker who is a master at Google Analytics and similar tools, and their use in tracking and measuring SEO success.
  • Experienced at monitoring, identifying, and improving SEO performance with industry standard SEO tools, such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and others.
  • You have in-depth knowledge across all areas of SEO, including technical aspects of SEO (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, URL structures), content and keyword optimization, user experience as pertains to SEO and information architecture. You're definitely not a checklist SEO that relies on generic crawls, and can gain insights by looking directly at source code and content on pages.
  • Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated and maintain a sense of urgency. You don't require a lot of structure or monitoring to get your work done on time.
  • Advantage points:
    • SaaS or E-Commerce experience preferred
    • Automotive experience preferred
    • Familiarity with international SEO, as well as keyword research and SEO optimization for foreign languages.
