What's the role about

As it continues to grow rapidly, MotorK is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and motivational Team Leader. Someone used to look for win-win opportunities with an outcome driven mindset, experienced enough to know that for any given technical solution the execution is a key factor for success.

We’re constantly striving to be data driven. That means we measure everything that gives us insights we can use to continuously improve. We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we’re using Scrum as an agile framework.


Requirements

What you should have to fit the role

  • Previous hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role
  • Have a bias for action and a customer-centric approach
  • Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people. Giving feedback and performance management.
  • Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teams
  • Commercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.JS is a plus
  • Strong Software Engineering skills, knowledgeable of practices and principles
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What you will do
  • Participate in the design and specification of new architecture, features and solutions
  • Drive high quality output from our teams while having a strong delivery mindset
  • Providing reports and insight to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimation
  • Build relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communication
  • Monitor our teams productivity, and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles and practices
  • Manage employee career and development plans for talents in your team;
  • Support hiring and talent development
  • Retain the best talent and key knowledge holders;
