To support our clients in the Digital Transformation process, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager. He/she will be in charge to take Dealers into the digital innovation in their own sales & marketing activities.
- Training of the “DealerK Method” (Digital Transformation)
- Coaching and training of Web Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Management processes and tools
- Develop a complete solution, strong and ready to go for customers to support their growth process
- Build digital strategy activities
- Become the point of reference to guide dealers
- Sales and upselling activities to achieve the budgets in cooperation with our Sales Department.
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Account and Consultancy functions
- experience in development and management of Web Marketing strategy/campaign
- experience in B2B market (knowledge of Dealer Automotive market is lovable!)
