We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Lead and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Prevent organizational dysfunctions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience as a customer service
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, database and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in English
