We are looking for an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner to help build out the Talent Management strategy for the company. This role would really suit an ambitious Business Partner or Talent Manager who is seeking to use their technical HR knowledge in a fast-growth startup environment where they are truly able to influence the senior leadership and the guiding people strategy. You will have significant input into the shape of your role but here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Nurture strong relationships with key senior stakeholders such as the CEO, Chief Revenue Officer, and other members of the Leadership team
  • Coordinate the rollout of new Talent Management processes throughout our international regions, in partnership with your counterpart in Italy
  • Empower managers to lead, and help them make great talent decisions
  • Develop, Influence & Execute a people strategy to support the business growth
  • Work closely with the overall HR team, based in UK and Italy
  • Provide HR thought-leadership and expertise to support the continued geographic expansion of MotorK
  • Keep updated with the latest best practices in Talent Management, particularly where applicable to fast growth startup businesses
  • Mentor colleagues in the HR team around the fundamentals of Business Partnering and Talent Management


  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with an HR-specific qualification as an addition (eg CIPD or similar)
  • 5-10 years HR experience, ideally within a software sales environment, with significant exposure and experience in implementing and executing talent management processes – eg Performance Management, Organisation Design and Effectiveness, Compensation Strategy, Leadership Development
  • Proven relationship building & influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively – particularly about business needs and potential solutions
  • Goal-oriented approach
  • Flexibility
  • Able to travel regularly (20-40%, mostly within Europe: Italy, Germany, Spain, France)
  • Additional languages will be a significant bonus – Spanish, French, German or Italian
