We’re looking for Digital Coach who will be in charge of guiding our car dealers in the Digital Evolution in Germany .

The ideal candidate has a well-grounded experience in training and coaching.

He/She has acquired Digital Marketing competences in previous experiences (Web marketing campaigns, Social Media, Google Adwords & Analytics), knows Lead Management tools (CRM) and has worked in B2C commercial field (experience in automotive environment is a plus).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Introduction to the “Dealerk Method” for Car Dealers in Germany
  • Experience in business/company training
  • Good use of digital tools and knowledge of web marketing strategies
  • Train and coach car dealers so that they can improve their marketing techniques of Web Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Management tools and processes
  • Support the Sales team in developing new products and services
  • Development of digital know-how in the Automotive field
  • Passion for the digital and automotive world

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, coaching and training roles ( web and tech oriented is a plus)
  • Experience in developing, planning and managing Web Marketing strategies
  • Mastery in teaching techniques to class/groups
  • Knowledge of B2C contest and Digital world
  • Precision and flexibility
  • Goals oriented
  • Good relationship skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Available for business trip
