We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director.

Summary of the role:

This role is primarily concerned with generating new business through large-scale partnerships with complementary 3rd parties (e.g Yellow Pages, Consultancies, Technology resellers/consultancies). The Strategic Partnerships Director will focus on creating new routes to market for the MotorK B2B products & services, and also be involved in M&A strategy on an international basis.


Activities and duties:

  • Expected to travel broadly in Europe and beyond, identifying and developing business relationships and large commercial opportunities with senior commercial contacts in appropriate potential partners
  • Handle negotiations directly with potential partners, close the deals
  • Align all relevant parties in MotorK when structuring a deal to ensure capability for delivery and support for commercials
  • Act as senior representative for MotorK at industry events where applicable/required
  • Manage existing partnerships and do upselling
  • Establish and structure a process for identifying potential new partnerships


Ideal background & characteristics:

  • Experienced & senior software business development professional
  • Demonstrable high performer
  • Managed high complexity, multi-country deals previously
  • Strong in negotiation, deal structuring, customer relationships
  • SaaS sales-related product background is ideal (eg salesforce)
  • Fluent in English with multi-lingual capability eg French, Italian, Spanish, German
  • Willing to travel, and enjoys it (40% of the time spent likely traveling)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
  • Strong analytic skill
  • Problem solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills
