We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

Due to our rapid growth we now have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join us and help continue the expansion of our business in Italy and beyond.

As the leader of our Digital Marketing team, you will play an important role in ensuring we deliver great return on our performance marketing investments. You will inherit a growing team, and will provide both strategic and operational leadership, delivering tangible results for both MotorK and customer-driven campaigns.


  • Support commercial decisions that deliver the growth metrics for the business
  • Execute a performance marketing strategy to gain new engaged customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, creative, marketing, operations) to align traffic acquisition strategies with the goals and objectives of the overall business
  • Provide directional and developmental team leadership for the Digital Marketing team
  • Responsible for the planning, architecting and optimizing of DoubleClick Search
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals across the most important social networks, especially with Facebook
  • Create strategies with prominent search engines such as Google Ads, develop and test new keywords
  • Create and manage online marketing and retargeting campaigns such as Pay-Per-Click
  • Conduct online research and increase Lead generation targeting
  • Analyze social post results, optimize content and execute paid ads to expand reach
  • Create and complete timely reports with campaign metrics, insights and observations for client presentation
  • Data analysis of KPI


  • Experience as Team Leader/Manager in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Strong experience in managing critical marketing budgets for eCommerce activities
  • Experience with DoubleClick Search and Facebook Advertising
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technologies such as keywords, targeting, conversion
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords and DoubleClick Campaign Manager
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in the Digital Marketing environment


  • High level of English knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or similar major
  • DoubleClick Search DS, Adwords and Facebook ADV Certification
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in conducting research online
  • Must be able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
  • Motivated, creative and analytical with the ability to self-manage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
