We're actively looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Marketing Specialist. Responding to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and in close collaboration with the Heads of Product, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining peer-facing and customer-facing product documentation processes. In particular, he/she will focus on customer onboarding, engagement and educational programs to not only grow retention and increased sales, but also and above all to deliver a great customer experience.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute product documentation plans (showcases, releases, onboarding, engagement) and create related product marketing contents
  • Redesign and implement the customer-facing Knowledge Base
  • Content Lifecycle Management: update community content and Knowledge Base articles, sunset retire old content and oversee updates of relevant contents
  • Owner of the customer engagement content creation strategy
  • Responsible for developing customer education programs to increase product use rate
  • Create video tutorials and case studies to develop strong and effective onboarding programs
  • Own internal communications programs: product updates, presentations, releases, etc
  • Redesign internal documentation platform
  • Update old content to new templates for older documentation
  • Create tips & tricks documents, surveys, webinars, blog posts
  • Manage Zendesk platform

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related product or solutions marketing experience
  • Expertise and a proven track record successfully marketing SaaS business applications is highly desired
  • Cloud computing experience is required
  • Experience working with international teams and ability to work cross-culturally
  • Excellent English writing skills and proficiency
