As a result of this growth, we are looking for an FP&A Intern, to join our Finance team based in Milan. 

The role

The FP&A Intern role will cover a wide range of analytical tasks, playing a vital role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function for the company, such as: 

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts
  • Conducting analysis of financial data and create reports to help senior management make decisions
  • Helping develop financial models and dashboards
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • Supporting the financial team in the annual budgeting process
  • Assisting  with ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed
  • Learning about the various financial and accounting functions of the company

Requirements

Our ideal FP&A Intern will have: 

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in on the way to obtain one)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A self-starter demeanour who is proactive and takes initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.

Work pattern and location

  • 40 hours a week, internship agreement 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Hybrid working pattern 
  • Office based in Milan (near Lambrate station)
