We're actively looking for a young and ambitious Junior Growth Hacker to support MotorK grow in Europe through innovative, digital new B2B customer acquisition campaigns. In close collaboration with the visual team, content marketing, performance marketing, events and communications, the ideal candidate will conceive and build successful acquisition campaigns: from the creative design of workflows, to the production of needed deliverables such as forms, templates, landing pages, emails, to the marketing automation Lead Scoring Model update and maintenance, to the reporting on results.
Responsibilities
- Support the entire marketing team in designing and implementing cutting-edge new customer acquisition campaigns to maximize visibility and lead generation in the automotive retail industry (B2B).
- Create, test, optimize and roll-out highly lead-generating digital workflows to support global products in the served geographies by mastering our Marketing.
- Automation and CRM platforms
- Generate reports and dashboards on campaign results
- Coordinate paid, organic and referral promotional efforts to maximize visibility and lead generation that drive revenue and maximize growth
- Meet set targets in terms of DB growth, lead nurturing and conversion into
- Marketing Qualified Leads
- Create campaign assets in collaboration with content marketing, visual and performance marketing teams
- Collaborate with sales to measure, adapt, optimize and improve results
- Collaborate with the whole team to come up with and apply innovative and disruptive lead generation and growth hacking techniques to the whole lead generation process
- Support the global webinars and events plan through the creation of nurturing workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Marketing Business Administration or similar fields required
- Experienced in digital marketing for lead generation in B2B and/or subscription based business (preferably SaaS), ideally 2-3 years
- Excellent knowledge of PPC, SEO, website UX, campaign strategy
- Marketing Automation management is essential (Mautic, Marketo, Hubspot, or
- Eloqua)
- Good knowledge of CRM Salesforce and wordpress as CMS
- Experienced in B2B new customer acquisition campaigns and AARRR Framework
- Proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams
- Highly fluent in English, fluency in another European language (French, Spanish,
- German) is a plus
- Analytical mind, project oriented, comfortable with tight deadlines
- Business acumen, determination, self-starter and teamwork values
- Good command of Google Analytics, knowledge of html a plus
