We're looking for a talented Social media manager. You will constantly evolve our presence on social media by scoping new channels, testing new features and ideas, keeping up-to-date with platform developments, providing analysis on overall performance, monitoring customer perceptions and identifying and managing partnership opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all existing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) plus introduce new platforms in line with team and business objectives
  • Manage paid advertising in line with set budgets, focusing on ROI
  • Work cross-functionally across various teams to find and create engaging content to share across social.
  • Manage artwork and content through working closely with the in-house Creative Team and external designer to support social activity
  • Develop new ways to engage and educate the MotorK community by keeping up to date with the latest platform developments and testing new content formats and channels.
  • React to trends, news and conversations that are relevant to MotorK's audience..
  • Produce a monthly social report including analysis on overall content performance, channel growth and opportunities. (pan European and by country)
  • Identify and manage partnership opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Ensure tone, personality and style is consistent with the MotorK brand.
  • Ensure that the technical infrastructure is in place to provide optimal tracking and reporting
  • Make our social channels an engaging, respectful and fun community.


  • Proven experience in creating high quality content to engage, excite and grow a community in a B2B tech environment
  • 4+ years experience managing a community and social content calendar. Experience in B2B is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Linkedin functionalities
  • Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
  • Proficient in relevant social platform reporting tools and main KPIs
