The recruitment campaign kicked off: the company has opened 7 job positions to train aspiring digital and tech professionals
MotorK, a leading EMEA group specialising in SaaS solutions for the automotive retail industry, invests in young people and launches Talent Hub, a hiring and training programme aimed at students and recent graduates who intend to start a career in the automotive tech industry.
Successful candidates in this new recruitment campaign, which has the initial goal to place 7 talents in the Milan headquarters, are offered a six-month internship as part of a broader growth and training path. The objective of the Talent Hub programme is twofold: on the one hand, to offer young people employment opportunities in a digital, highly innovative company with international reach and deeply rooted in the automotive sector; on the other hand, to encourage the injection of new skills and ideas into the company itself, to accelerate innovation processes.
Candidate screening is currently in process and will conclude in November. All the company’s most strategic branches in the realisation of MotorK’s customer-centric vision are involved: in particular, the selected resources will become part of the Tech (2), Sales (2), Operations (1), Corporate Development (1) and Finance (1) teams. Each intern will be supported by a tutor who will accompany him/her along the entire training path, with dedicated activities for his/her professional and personal growth. During the six months, the resources will also form a Community, for which specific team-building activities have been designed to create stronger bonds. At the same time, talents will also be involved in their own team activities, so that they can fully appreciate the corporate culture and values. The ultimate goal is for them to pursue growth on two fronts, adding overall value to the experience and effectively preparing interns for a possible future in the company.
“At MotorK we have always promoted internships as an opportunity for more junior candidates to get to know our business. With Talent Hub we want to bet on the new generations; for them we are designing and nurturing a Community in which resources can develop a sense of belonging and share successes and difficulties. Our objective is always to create a work environment in which everyone can feel valued, supported and involved,” says Daria Grazzi, Chief Human Resources Officer at MotorK. “The format envisages the cyclical iteration of the selection and placement processes, which we aim to improve over time, making it a better and better fit for the company’s and candidates’ needs. Talent Hub is the blueprint for a work environment where young talents have the opportunity to grow as professionals and contribute to the company’s growth with their drive to do and get involved.”
