Junior/Intern HR Generalist - Milan - Motork

We’re in search of a talented and resourceful HR generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR generalist will have administrative and operational responsibilities, helping us to plan and manage important functions, such as staffing, onboarding, training and development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance to employees.
  • Assist in administering employee relations, benefits, and performance evaluation programs.
  • Support the HR team in handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
  • Support the HR team to fine-tune and implement a long-term talent strategy that may include: redefining a cutting edge onboarding experience, determining talent gaps, building career path and developing long term plans.
  • Assist in administering talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation of key deliverables such as, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or similar degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related experience in HR.
  • Experience supporting organizations with a high degree of complexity.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency level of English. Knowledge of any other language is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in an environment in which business processes, tools, deadlines etc… are continually evolving.
  • Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance.
  • Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated.
  • Team player and passionate about people.
