Junior Product Manager - Paris - Motork

As a Product Manager, your role is to help the Product / Tech and Design team develop our solution to best meet user expectations.

As PM, you will be innovative and help manage development priorities in conjunction with the team. In collaboration with the Head of Product, Thibault Henry, you will work daily with the Tech development teams, and the relevant teams (Support, Sales, Customer Success) and Marketing.

You will be responsible for the adoption of our solution and its success with our customers. The objective is to make our PredictSpark solution a reference in the automotive sector.



What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the team (tech, design, product) to define and create the best possible user experience
  • Analyze user behavior with the help of KPI's and tools that are available or to be put in place
  • Set up and carry out the "Customer Discovery" (user interviews/needs assessment)
  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success team to drive adoption of the solution
  • Be the point of contact for the Customer Facing teams (support, sales, customer success) for all product related issues
  • Participate in the testing of new features to be put into production
  • Gather, understand, analyze and challenge user needs (internal and external).
  • Co-write the product roadmap, share it, adapt it and lead its implementation
  • Validate and verify the conformity of the functionalities with the users' needs
  • Verify the impact of product evolutions on user behavior and satisfaction
  • Guarantee the training and support of users/internal teams
  • Guarantee with its feature the maintainability, scalability and reliability of the product
  • Monitor competitive products and the ecosystem in which the product evolves
  • Be the privileged interface between the users and the technical team
