ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Corporate Development department as an Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development, working side by side with our VP of Corporate Development & IR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential acquisition targets, strategic partners, and investment opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence activities to evaluate potential deals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to support decision-making processes.
  • Presentations: Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights required for strategic initiatives.
  • Deal Tracking: Maintain and update databases, tracking progress on ongoing M&A deals and partnerships.
  • Learn and Grow: Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of corporate development.

Requirements

Our ideal Corporate Development Intern has a keen interest in joining an international and dynamic team environment. As well as:

  • Master Degree in Economics/Management Engineering/Finance or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with different levels within the organisation
  • Passion for business strategy and corporate development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Any previous experience in Corporate or Consultancy firms is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
