We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO with excellent organisational skills who enjoys working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for providing high level administrative and executive management support to the CEO as well as engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This critical role requires a high degree of autonomy, efficiency, and commitment to completing tasks in a proactive and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive business and persona administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage complex and shifting calendars, arrange for meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting, presentations, and analysis
  • Pre-read and review administrative documents, including signature and approval requests
  • Preparation for meetings and minute taking
  • Handle confidential information and communications tactfully, with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Collaborate in the planning and organization of company internal events
  • Partner with cross functional teams to plan and execute meetings and offsites

Requirements

  • Several years of work experience supporting at the senior executive level
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities including experience with G Suite and MS Office (in particular Excel, Power Point..)
  • Experience multitasking with the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material appropriately
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Positive relationship management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse set of partners
  • Team player; quick thinker and solution oriented
  • Efficient problem solver and able to face challenges in a timely manner
  • Proficient in English. Another European language is a plus
