What's The Role About

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the CHRO and you will own recruitment for us globally, partnering with Hiring Managers and offering innovative and creative advice and solutions on how to attract and recruit the best talent available.

This is an international and strategic managerial role – but still, very much a position where you roll your sleeves up and take a hands-on approach to deliver world-class talent for the business, and experience for our candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Build an effective recruiting strategy that supports global growth and initiate activities that enhance employer brand and increase brand awareness
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the talent acquisition market
  • Build a strategic hiring plan with accompanying financials and headcount that provides a framework for recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring managers to follow throughout the hiring process
  • Establish best in class recruitment metrics and KPIs and develop HR analytics and data-driven recruiting approach to acquiring the right talent and improve the candidate experience
  • Plan procedures in order to optimise the recruitment process for maximum efficiency
  • Design and implement networking and sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of talent and to deliver searches according to the recruitment calendar
  • Identify sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles and partner with external providers to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and plan employee referral programs
  • Lead, oversee and supervise the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior roles
  • Use of Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Software, Professional Social Networks and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
  • Create and present effective reports on the recruitment activities to engage and update internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role
  • Proven track record at managerial level for Talent Acquisition (in-house or RPO environment, not agency) in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
  • Experience in implementing & managing ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good leadership and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Business administration or similar relevant field
  • Fluent in English. Another European language is a strong plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and demonstrate ability to use different tools within Excel.
