Accounting Manager - Milan - Motork

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager to manage daily support operations of our company (HQ and 5 branches in Europe) and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department (month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, capital assets reconciliations etc..)
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Cash management and cash flow forecasting
Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years of working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager in an international company
- Proven experience with IFRS principles and consolidated financial statements
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Advanced level of English
