As a result of this growth, we are looking for a Back Office Administrator , to join our Sales Administration team based in Milan. 

The role

The role will cover a position in the sales administration team. The team manages a wide range of admin tasks/sales tasks cross country. The candidate will: 

  • Ensure the quality and precision of the information introduced in our CRM;
  • Support the sales team in the back office activities;
  • Work closely with the accounting team for administrative topics.
  • Manage specific projects (M&A Activities, process optimization, new implementations)
  • Track processes on specific guides to be shared with the other teams

Requirements

Our ideal Back Office Administrator will have: 

  • Good knowledge of Office and G-Suite.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Precision, organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Knowledge of any CRM is a big plus.
  • Native Italian and fluent in English.
  • Any other language is a plus.

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week, paid internship
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid role 
  • Office based in Milano Lambrate
