FP&A Sales Controller - Milan - Motork

Key responsibilities :

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from the FP&A team relating to business planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Support in preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Support in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Assist with the development of incisive analysis and reporting to give insights to business performance and trends, including use of KPIs


Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in an analytics, financial planning or strategy role at a tech or rapidly scaling company
  • Strong quantitative orientation, as evidenced by academic background or prior quantitative work experience
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with SQL is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with high personal standards for accuracy and quality of work
  • Self-motivated, proactive and curious disposition, with a natural tendency toward investigating information that seems interesting or anomalous
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Fluent English + knowledge of European languages (Spanish, French or German) is advantageous though not required
  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity and chaos and is highly driven to add value through business analysis
