Senior FP&A Data Analyst - Milan - Motork

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:

• Own the Financial Business Intelligence strategy, DW, tools
• Work with the Data team to establish automation of FP&A and KPI reporting
• Align data and reporting requirements and priorities with stakeholders in senior management and commercial units
• Lead Data project within FP&A end to end: from gathering requirements to architecting a solution, supervising on technical implementation and monitoring delivery (such as Post merger integrations / Implementation of new FP&A software)
• Design and manage underlying data sources to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysis

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in data capture, data architecture and business logic and reporting
• Great knowledge of P&L data and business finance reporting
• Curious about business drivers, value creation and effectiveness in shaping and consolidating business demand into the BI roadmap
• Technical experience preferably in SQL, BigQuery, Netsuite, Salesforce and PowerBI
• Great communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Fluent English + knowledge of European languages (Italian,Spanish, French or German) is advantageous though not require

What we would like to see (Bonus):

• Experience in implementing a new FP&A software from scratch (such as Pigment / Anaplan)
• Experience in post merger integrations and in a fast growth scale up or start-up

• Good understanding of SaaS Business Metrics
