We are looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to be a part of our growing dynamic team based in Milan!

The role

The Junior HR Operations Specialist is in charge of HR Administration & System support activities. The HR Operations Specialist will: 

  • Support employees with HR related queries and requests
  • Maintaining employee database and personnel files
  • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Onboard new employees (including the preparation of new employment contracts)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by processing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Assist in benefit management: prepare assignation letters, distribute Lunch Vouchers, order business cards, manage mobile phone providers
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (training for apprenticeship and safety, organize medical examination for new employees)

Requirements

Our ideal HR Operations Specialist will have an academic background in HR/Law/Economics/Business administration and a strong desire to learn new topics. As well as: 

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (any other european language is considered a plus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in both internal and external relationships
  • Good Microsoft Office - Excel skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail 
  • Communications skills 

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week, Internship agreement
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid role from our Milan office
