We're looking for a Junior Events Specialist Intern, who will play an active role in the organization and promotion of our events, especially German ones.

As Junior Events Specialist intern you will:

• Draft communications and materials related to the promotion of the events (such as flyers, roller banners, websites) and review of existing contents;
• Manage dedicated event websites as well as draft and deliver efficient email communications;
• Work with the marketing team on the planning and execution of each event;
• Manage the relationships with external suppliers such as event venues, hotels etc;
• Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery

Requirements

• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline;
• Full proficiency in German both written and verbal;
• Knowledge of Email Marketing and HTML;
• Previous experience in a Digital and Innovative environment would be appreciated;
• Passionate and proactive;
• Strong attention to details;
• Team Player
