We are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Create effective and outstanding presentations on data and business strategies
• Help to shape successful business plans and operational processes
• Analyze existing business strategies and practices
• Support the team in drafting of proposals, slides, reports, minutes in Italian and English
• Interpret data and analyze results that will feed into the internal team’s planning and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Administration or similar
• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. using pivots, lookups..)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and G Suite suite
• Ability to organize work tasks, set priorities and manage deadlines
• Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities
• Knowledge of Data Visualization to create reports and analyze data
• Extreme attention to detail, quality and deadlines
• Excellent writing, verbal communication
• Fluent in English
