The role

As Marketing VP you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth trajectory within the European market. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in marketing, analytics, and market intelligence to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and ultimately, fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics.
  2. Marketing Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through targeted campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, social media, and other channels.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive informed decision-making.
  6. Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  7. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  8. Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  9. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI and driving efficiency across marketing operations.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and drive synergies across departments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing growth strategies, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, innovative spirit, and passion for driving business impact.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex challenges.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
