Strategic Marketing Manager - London - Motork

We're looking for a talented Strategic Marketing Manager who will be in charge of creating attractive concepts for all the Car Dealers Marketing Directors and develop demand generation plans into an international and pioneer company like MotorK.

Main responsibilities:

● Drive MotorK’s Marketing Strategy, including its claim and story making, getting inputs from Product, Technology and other sources

● Define and execute a storytelling plan and value proposition to different targets (Dealers, OEMs,...)

● Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals

● Develop, execute and monitor short-term and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline

● Orchestrate and collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth

● Define the strategic marketing playbook and packaging of contents to channels (i.e. sales collaterals, marketing material, website, etc.)

● Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

● Conduct and present competitive analysis and market research

● Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

● Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

● Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives

● Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing

● Draw conclusions by looking holistically at the landscape and considering not only inputs and outputs but opportunity costs and risk

● Identify industry trends and insights


● Solid know-how and experience as a marketing strategist

● Previous working experience as a Marketing Director for 2-3 year(s) in B2B companies (Enterprise Software sector is a plus)

● Excellent writing, copy and content crafting skills

● Outstanding quantitative analysis skills

● Creative mindset: think out of the box, with ideas on how to position our products

● Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools

● In-depth knowledge of a marketing automation platform

● Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or German is a strong plus

● High standards of excellence, attention to detail and problem-solving

● Manage and influence stakeholders with a sound ability to manage expectations, consult and update interested parties.

● Knowledge of the automotive distribution industry is a plus
