The role
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our international Activation team. The role will cover project operations for German clients, with the rest of the team working from all across Europe and the UK. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the German market.
The Digital Project Manager will:
- Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
- Manage client requests and prioritize project workflow
- Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
- Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
- Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
- Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
- Follow up with developers and product expert teams
- Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)
- Be the owner of the project life-cycle, from planning to execution
Requirements
Our ideal Digital Project Manager will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as:
- Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Capability to act as “power user” for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms
- Strong knowledge in WordPress CMS
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Notion in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptions
- German native level, as well as fluent English

- Hybrid role (office based in Frankfurt or in Milan)
