We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team!

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver the project(s) that span across one or more departments. Manage resources, schedules, financials, and control guidelines throughout the full development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project management activities both on functional and technical aspects;
  • Ensure client service in terms of execution quality, flexibility, and quick reaction even to last-minute requests;
  • Guarantee account management taking care of administrative tasks, but most importantly facilitate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities generation based on client needs;
  • Supervise the production of documents such as proposals, slides, reports, and minutes;
  • Interpret data and analyze results to monitor project progress and performances and take action to address issues and preserve project profitability;
  • Lead the interaction between other functional and technical teams working on assigned projects (i.e. customer support, developers, and product specialists).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in Economics/Business Administration or similar;
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy fundamentals;
  • Used to manage direct reports, cross-functional teams;
  • Proven client-facing experience with mid and senior-level stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. using pivots, and lookups..);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and G Suite suite;
  • Ability to organize work tasks, set priorities, and manage deadlines;
  • Strong analytical (numeric & strategic) and process thinking capabilities;
  • Extreme attention to detail, quality, and deadlines;
  • Excellent writing, and verbal communication;
  • Native French speaker, fluent in English, or another foreign language is appreciated;
  • Previous experience in the Digital/Software Industry.
