The role
Are you a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of VP operations, responsible for Delivery, Professional Services, Training and Customer Support in our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key objectives and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular assessments of delivery processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of innovation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery strategies with overall company goals.
- Collaborate Across Functions:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to align delivery strategies with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to inform product roadmap and development priorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years experience with a proven track record of success in managing delivery operations and driving SaaS business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English.
- French, Italian, Spanish knowledge is a plus.
