  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-10 OTC professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations (Delivery) to ensure seamless cross-functional operations and alignment on OTC strategies.
  • Technology & Systems Leverage: Collaborate with IT to optimize the use of existing systems and identify opportunities for new technologies to improve OTC processes and reporting.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the OTC cycle, providing regular reporting and insights to the CFO and other senior leaders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the OTC process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience throughout the billing and collections process.
