We are looking for a Data Analyst to start immediately as a part of our Product Analytics team. You will play a key role in setting the direction of product development supporting Heads of Product and Product Managers in making data informed decisions on the future of our platform.


Key responsibilities

As a Data Analyst you will be a part of the Product Development organisation and you will deep dive into the world of users’ data and face various analytical challenges, from setting up continuous monitoring of the product performance to providing unique insights on user interactions with the product. You will be able to get familiar with the product development process and help shape the future of the product, test and validate hypotheses, find product bottlenecks, suggest solutions, implement data tracking and see the real impact of your work on the business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ demonstrated and relevant experience in Analytics
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, IT, or related field
  • Ability to work with unstructured data (often Big Data)
  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL
  • Ability to proactively gather and understand complex reporting requirements
  • Ability to present insights in a concise and clear way to non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in English

Desired

  • R/Python programming language
  • Prior experience in Product Analytics
  • Outstanding data visualisation skills
  • Experience with data integration, ETL solutions
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and experience with A/ B testing will be a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset and outside of the box thinking
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
