About the role
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join LeadSparK Tribe, responsible for the CRM solutions and more specifically for the data centralisation capabilities of our platform.
Indeed, CRM runs on data and to successfully used our product, dealers must feed our CRM with data created or collected in other tools such as the DMS, the quotations tools, etc. Sending the data is just the first step and you will also work on the data ingestion capabilities to make sure that the data we collect is properly ingested, reconciled and clean so that we can run our features properly on it.
Responsibilities:
- Perform discovery to understand CRM users needs are, identify patterns and evaluate opportunities
- support analysis of third parties to find the best way to integrate them
- Build a backlog of new features and optimisations needed to increase LeadSparK market penetration
- Manage trade-offs to reach the best possible outcome
- Built best-in class specifications
- Manage refinement sessions and other Scrum ceremonies
- Work closely with UX designer
- Do continuous research on technology and direct / indirect competition to support your decisions
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Prepare the go to market of your features
- Monitor the performance of your work post launch
- Nurture and develop the lean culture of your squads
You will report to the Head of Product and work with great autonomy.
Location
The role is fully remote but ideally the candidate should be based in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, UK, Portugal or Israel.
Hybrid or in-office work is available in Italy, France, Portugal and Spain.

Requirements
- Strong business acumen and technical literacy
- 3+ years of product development management experience
- Experience building B2B digital products preferred
- Ability to perform data analysis and create actionable insights
- Knowledge and understanding of user needs discovery methods
- Ability to perform comprehensive user problem assessment
- Experience in data-driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in decision making process
- A proven ability of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
