We’re looking for a CRM Manager focused on Salesforce who will:


  • Provide day-to-day end-user support and educate users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of our CRM;
  • Configure, administer within Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex and workflows;
  • Troubleshoot system issues and understand the business challenges to improve system and processes;
  • Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc. to meet customer facing business and technical requirements;
  • Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment;
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and act in a consultative capacity to ensure our CRM environment supports internal needs in terms of functionality and performance;

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience as Salesforce Admin will be highly preferred;
  • Superior knowledge of CRM business processes and CRM best practice;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with different levels within the organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a cross functional team;
  • Self-motivated and Creative;
  • Good English;
