You are part of a dynamic and informal environment, with great opportunities to directly interact with the company's management.

As a Product Manager you have a very strong market orientation with a proven ability to deeply understand market trends, partners ecosystems, and competitive strategies in the digital sector.

You will be responsible for ensuring top-notch execution on all the product lifecycle iterating customer and market feedbacks into product requirements, driving prioritization, and measuring the success of product features.

Responsibilities

  • You will have an active role in defining the product roadmap
  • You will identify priorities, defining schedules, and release plans
  • You will be in contact with marketing managers and the company’s board, with which you will deepen the business lines.
  • You will be part of a high-skilled cross-function agile team alongside engineers, product designers, and QA specialists

Requirements

  • Strong interest in the Internet world, B2B or B2C products
  • Ability to speak the language of business, and at the same time to consistently define the functional details so they can be translated into projects from the R&D team
  • Customer experience grounding: Ability to design customer-centric experiences throughout the customer decision journey
  • Experience in a similar role or in any case within product teams or large web properties, especially in Automotive, e-commerce, and/or Real Estate business domains
  • Market orientation: ability to deeply understand market trends, partners ecosystems, and competitive strategies
  • Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions, stack control points, road maps, and managing development life cycle
  • Ability to lead teams, communicate with diverse groups, and influence changes throughout the organization
  • Business acumen: comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market, pricing, and tracking KPIs and financial metrics
  • Enables innovation through talented individuals, enriching career paths, test-and-learn culture, innovation-oriented practices, and organization
  • Good writing skills, especially for specific documents both in Italian and English, and ability to represent processes graphically
