We are looking for "Customer Advisors", with their great automotive expertise are able to offer technical advise to our customers to give them support on making the right decision in choosing the new vehicle that is best suited to their particular needs, simplify the buying process, and also giving them access to a range of post-purchase benefits.

The trusted Customer Advisors are the people who make this happen!

The ideal candidate lives in Milan and is strongly passionate about automotive and has great technical knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess the customer’s new vehicle needs and get a clear idea of the desired characteristics
  • Identify the car models that best suit their needs - being brand agnostic
  • Follow the customers along all their purchase journey, being the expert that supports them in every step
  • Help the customers find the best solution to buy the car
  • Build a strong relationship based on trust
  • Answer all customer questions during the buying process


  • Strong passion for the automotive industry
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive products (car models, technical features)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to laypeople
  • Relationship skills and charisma
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a big plus
  • Customer service skills - listening, coaching, supportive style
  • High availability
