We are looking for a Business Development Manager EMEA to manage an existing team of representatives, and you'll have ambitious plans to grow the team, innovate and achieve unprecedented levels of success.

Your successful track record within a high growth technology business, alongside your experience effectively managing a team will ensure your success in delivering targets, and your achievements will be highly visible to our senior leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of highly adaptable, energised and productive business development representatives, capable of consistently delivering a high volume of quality sales opportunities for our EMEA sales teams;
  • Maintain a consistent level of proactive, outbound/inbound activity; achieve or exceed team's monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Coach and mentor the team, paying close attention to the finer details to ensure continuous development of individuals;
  • Create and update sales playbooks: from methodology to processes to tech how to's you'll be the expert and leader of all things business development;
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the MotorK products and articulate our value proposition to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading and/or building BDR teams in Saas company;
  • Ability to create a sense of accountability within teams and individuals
  • Proven experience defining, measuring, interpreting and presenting performance goals
  • A detail oriented mentor and coach approach with the ability to identify individual learning styles
  • Ability to work well with the tech stack to help team perform effectively and efficiently
  • Deep knowledge of social selling
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach and other BD softwares
  • Fluent English required and other European languages desirable
