To further our continued growth, we are actively looking for a new Business Developer.


Responsibilities:

Belonging to the marketing team and working under the BDR manager, you will be in charge of generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Your various missions, doing lead generation, will be :

  • Omnichannel Outbound prospecting (through the use of Outreach and Salesforce): most of our prospects tend to answer on their phone mostly!
  • Treat inbound leads coming from the marketing campaign
  • Book meetings with prospects and plan the first demo for the Sales team using our tools (Outreach, Salesforce, Gmail…)
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team using our sales method (SPICED Sales framework)

Requirements

  • Passionate about Sales.
  • Motivated to work an Outbound job.
  • Sales experience, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Linking spending time on the phone with prospects.
  • Commercial drive, rigor, and resilience (" Business Acumen ").
  • Active Listening capacity and empathy.
  • Organisation of work and time management.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Multitasking and proactive.
  • Graduated with BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Good English level.
